Using CarsePyar
CarsePyar is a used-car marketplace that helps buyers, sellers, dealers, and finance partners connect. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information.
Listings and enquiries
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of vehicle details, ownership status, pricing, photos, documents, and availability. Buyers should independently inspect vehicles, documents, ownership, accident history, loan status, and transfer requirements before making any payment.
No guaranteed transaction
CarsePyar provides a platform for discovery and communication. We do not guarantee the condition of any vehicle, completion of any sale, loan approval, insurance approval, or RTO transfer unless a separate written service agreement says otherwise.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details and OTPs secure. We may suspend or remove accounts, listings, or content that appear fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, abusive, duplicated, or harmful to users.
Payments and disputes
Do not make advance payments without verification. Any payment, token amount, or sale agreement between buyer and seller is handled directly by those parties unless CarsePyar expressly provides a paid service in writing.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use of CarsePyar after updates means you accept the revised terms.
