Accurate listings
Sellers must provide accurate vehicle details including make, model, year, price, kilometres, ownership, fuel type, registration state, location, condition, and known issues. Misleading listings may be edited, hidden, or removed.
Photos and ownership
Upload real photos of the vehicle you are selling. Do not upload photos copied from another seller, brand website, stock library, or social media unless you have permission. You must have the right to sell or represent the vehicle.
Documents and verification
Sellers should be ready to show RC, insurance, pollution certificate, loan/NOC status, service history, and identity details to serious buyers where legally required. CarsePyar may request verification for selected accounts or listings.
Fair conduct
Do not post fake prices, unavailable cars, duplicate listings, bait listings, abusive content, or misleading finance claims. Do not ask buyers for unsafe advance payments or unrelated personal information.
Sold and removed ads
Once a vehicle is sold or unavailable, sellers should mark it sold or delete it from the dashboard. CarsePyar may remove stale, duplicate, suspicious, or reported listings.
Dealer and partner accounts
Dealer, finance, and partner accounts may be subject to additional verification, service rules, subscription plans, or lead handling requirements as the platform expands.
